This is one of my favorite houses in Willow Creek, idk I always found the green exterior such a nice/charming vibe. I loved this renovation and will definitely download it into my game 😊 Please do the Spencer Kim Lewis house with just Base Game I would love to see that ❤ Happy holidays 🎄🎄
I literally just started a new legacy challenge and had him move into a fixer-upper for streamlet single! Now I can just have him live in this one instead!
Unsure with the placement of the living room/dining room as they should be switched,. You typically do not open the door into a dining room, secondly, the living room is too constricted in the space. A better option (IMHO) would be to switch the opening to the kitchen to where the living room is thus giving three walls in the living room, and then a smaller table could be used in the spot of the Livingroom allowing a much better flow.

I would have put some kind of hallway for the bedrooms, even just a small wall with an archway in front of them. Feels just a little weird to walk out of your bedroom straight into a living room.

I have entered many homes with the dining room right off the entry! I think it's just dependent on where you are from.

I did at first but got rid of it haha. But the apartment I lived in growing up the bedrooms opened up into the livingroom!
