He should appeal and ask for a re trial. There is no such thing as a new form of stalking, the Judge mislead the jury. Alex was doings allowed by law like FOI requests to expose BBC waste and corruption. The rest is free speech and journalism any one in the public eye should expect. Even the BBCs legal team letter later released confirmed they did not have a case. Alex down fall was he represented himself, he should appeal against the decision with a barrister and solicitor and do it properly this time.

Better still post him a letter to his house ! Bit late now though as he won't be opening it anytime soon . 10 am today he will be sentenced. His address was made public by the court and printed in a Nottingham news paper. The house number wasn't included but alex kindly has been silly enough to film outside his front so a quick look on Google earth and you can identify by the pavements stones etc.....
