Last week federal agents raided the Mayor''s home a day before charging him with corruption, however Mayor Adam's has vowed to fight the charges and says he will not resign because he's innocent.

It is not a stretch to believe this is retribution from the federal level of government. Remember, these charges are not being leveled by congress, they are from Joe Biden’s DOJ. The immigration crisis we all face today is due to the immigration policies of the Biden administration. Policies which almost exclusively originate from Biden’s executive orders, not the laws of the federal government, which must pass through congress. Sanctuary cities such as NYC are being adversely affected by Biden’s policies, because they were developed with a completely different paradigm in mind. Under actual US law, these cities could probably bear the brunt of illegal migration, but under this self-destructive immigration policy dictated by Biden et al, even the mighty NYC is crumbling. Adams has no choice but to speak out about these issues caused by the Biden administration, and in case you haven’t noticed, the way the Biden administration deals with political adversaries is lawfare. I actually wouldn't be surprised if he was guilty, I don't know if he is though. But yeah I absolutely agree with you, he is being indicted because of his criticism of this current administration. As long as he was announcing that New York was a sanctuary City, he was untouchable. When he started saying we need to put a hold on this and there's too many migrants coming in and they're going to destroy the city, all of a sudden his legal problems started. Despite reducing student visas by 40%, Canada still has a massive issue of foreign "students" coming here and then disappearing, never attending their classes. While struggling as a domestic student, I had to wait in line at financial aid behind two foreign students asking for full refunds on their programs, receiving hundreds of dollars in cash, then leaving the college. Likely to travel to New York or British Columbia. It's insane. There is definitely information in foreign countries instructing people how to get to New York for free asylum/money and a lot do come through Canada exploiting the student visa program.

He claims to be a tenant advocate yet is a slumlord himself. He owns a multifamily building that he hasn’t paid his bills on. It’s in foreclosure since 2017. He hasn’t paid water bills and property taxes and owes the bank almost twice what he borrowed because of penalties and interest because he stopped paying years ago. Plus he has even evicted tenants while supposedly being a tenant advocate. So typical government figure hypocrisy. Do as I say, not as I do.

I don't care for the mayor however he is only charged right now not convicted....most Americans can't distinguish the difference...especially when it comes to SA charges, a man's life changes regardless if he's found innocent....
