You asked what could increase views the other day...My feeling is if you keep some reels under 15 minutes and focus on one meal, one room, or a Q & A on how you got started on UA-cam or how you and your husband met would be ways to refresh your content. Your house has undergone a lot of wonderful projects. You and Bob have worked so hard. I love your bride picture! 🌷
A Q&A is a good idea!! But cooking I just do with a cleaning video as cooking videos don’t do well.

Yes old Florida!! We love it and everyone waves to you around her when you drive by. So much better than living in the suburbs although we did have a good life there too for 16 yrs in our last house, surrounded by a trees there too but houses close together. I grew up in a house surrounded by trees & woods. I think it makes me feel safe.

Ugh I remember the new roof -messes everywhere - nails all in the attic - knocking stuff down - ceiling or wall paint dust floating - then I spent forever picking like little orange nail pieces up from yard - but I should be good for 2 decades now lol
Lucky I hadn’t notice any of that, they cleaned it all up before they left for the day each day. Yes glad not not worry about it for 20 yrs now. I’ll be 80’🙀

I've fallen behind on watching videos so I guess I'm subscribed to more content creators than I can manage. I'll typically prioritize watching those who only post 1 video a week and I usually watch short videos first because long videos can feel like an overwhelming time commitment. To put that into perspective, I have around 90 subscriptions. If each creator puts out 1 10-minute video a week, that's 15 watch hours for me. If they put out multiple videos or long videos, it becomes the equivalent of a full-time job! I've also set restrictions around it so UA-cam doesn't consume my life. For example, I don't watch anything when my partner is around because he used to get jealous and say I cared more about these people on UA-cam than him which is of course not true but he's very sensitive.
I am subscribed to a lot of people too! Way more than I have time to watch. It’s ok if you don’t watch them all I understand. I love Karen @thismainermom but it’s hard to keep up with with daily videos especially when I am doing almost daily videos my self ( not posting daily but filming daily) I think I’ll go back to 3 days a week next month but this daily vlogging might be something I do every once in awhile. We shall see, I like to mix it up because I get bored easily.
My new Bose ear pods are working great though because I can listen while I clean and catch up with people. hubby like to watch Sophia @mygreatchallenge with me but that is about it. Well we both like to watch Garden Answers together too. He has his own guy UA-cam channels he watches.
I am all for setting restrictions for yourself in watching I should do that too?????
Your videos would do better if you stayed focused. Your videos are all over the place. You're filming a day in the life (more like days) but titling them something totally different. When titling it "cleaning zone 3" then do just that. Clean zone 3. Even in your tiny tidy Tuesdays you are all over the place. Another thing, youre always putting things off until "later"...why even show it then? Its pointless and not motivating. Before picking up the camera, really think about what you want the video you be about. Think about what you need to say if you feel like you need to chat with us. You tend to ramble. I think if you just think things through first your videos would have a better outcome.

Well I have been doing dedicated videos like you mentioned like purely doing just cleaning videos etc but lately haven’t done well so I decided just for this month since I have been sick so wasn’t sure how much cleaning I could done in one video so I thought that I would do day in the life Vlog but with cleaning, cooking, chatting etc. I guess maybe I should have titled them “Day In The Life: Cleaning Zone 1” ????? Hmm 🤔 but actually a lot of my subbies have said they like the day in the life videos with cleaning.

I've been watching you for a while actually. I like that you have longer videos, but you seem to leave a lot in that could be edited out. You seem to get sidetracked easily. I'm not trying to be hurtful. You asked why your videos weren't doing well.

I did change the title of this Month’s video to Day in the life etc We shall see if that helps. I will go back to dedicated videos next month probably, it’s just I’ve been sick. And even when I did dedicated Monthly home reset video in previous month the did not do that well and this month is the worst ugggh Kinda given up…….. maybe? The ones in January did well. Putting things off until later. Hmm Just showing what needs to be done eventually but not my focus that day but will show it in another video. I don’t always get everything done everyday it can be done on another day. Trying relate to others that have low energy some days and can’t get it all done and it’s ok! Some days I have energy some days I do not. It’s ok! That’s why I show it. I hope that makes sense. I don’t want to hide what doesn’t get done, I’m trying to show real life. My real life.
