I think it's a dealership option for 2018. I don't think there's an M performance exhaust for the 2022 model yet, but I could be wrong.

Great vid Kevin, I have a 2017 M140i with the same engine.
Mine has a Wagner 200 cell cat, ITG panel filter, and xHP3 ZF8 software, runs at 455bhp/634nm it's pretty rapid too.
