God this video really helps me remember that this show was, for the most part, absolutely phenomenal. The characters, the visuals, the epic score. The glorious moments, the terrifying moments, the heartbreaking moments. We were blessed.
It is sad to think how they messed it up on certain parts. But, as you said, the most was simply the best. Still worth to rewatch and recommend. It really set an standard back on the day.

I was between GOT and Breaking Bad but when i watched it again i just made sure that GOT (even with it's last season and bad ending) is the Greatest TV show of all time by far.
if only RR Martin had completed the books..and D&D hadn't messed up later seasons then this show would've held as one of the greatest Epic fantasy Show ever to exist on Television for sure❤

Risk of comparison always exist if the studio isn't able to deliver the story specially when there's already exist a better version of the same storyline, and to be honest 4 season of Game of Thrones are Gold Standard and it will be really hard to match that in future with any other cast. But maybe 50 year's later they can do a reboot till then the fandom will grown old😄 and also HBO is expanding on the world of GOT with different storyline of martin like we saw with House of the dragon and they nailed that one for sure, I mean it's HBO we're talking about.

Had the pleasure to binge watch 1-5 back in 2016 i think, and damn you just wish your memory could be wiped to watch it again.. I remember watching the rains of castermere at like 3am with the heasphones in and was pure shook! My favourite parts of the show were the travelling scenes with small talk and all the castleblack and north of the wall scenes!
