When I was little, my father would take us to Littlefield. The plateaus had a lot of arrowheads. We found a Native burial site. We left it alone, but years later, I read in the Las Vegas Review-Journal, that UNLV eventually found and excavated. We thought we would be cursed if we touched it. That area is so beautiful, but I couldn't imagine living there before the roads and cities. Rough terrain. Thank you for the history lesson. I knew we were in a special place when we were there. You can feel it. I'm in awe.

Thank you for your scholarship and work on this subject. I grew up and now live in St. George, Utah. My dad was interested in the history of the area and he taught me about and toured many sites important to the native peoples, the early Spanish explorers, and later the Mormon settlers. I now enjoy taking my own family to these places while sharing who came before and why they're notable. You've given me more to explore and learn about, thank you again!

Thanks for the Video. I have a copy of Fremont's diary, Memories of my Life. On 8 May, 1844, Fremont and Kit Carson camped where the Rio Virgin met up with a creek flowing out of the North, which l believe was Beaver Dam Creek near Littlefield Az. I hiked there last year, it was a quarter mile from the Littlefield Cemetery. Nice work guys.

This is so interesting! Incredible country. The California end of the trail is under the I-15. I've been out to see parts of the Butterfield Overland stage route here. A few of the stage stations still remain, or have been reconstructed. I love the silhouettes of the mule teams. It's great to see your group preserving this history.

The sheep trail from north to south is also very historic and should be focused on as well

We live at the old school in Largo Canyon. NM. We would be interested in having people stop by to chat about the Armillo route.

The old Spanish Trails were located by the Spaniards using Spanish Needles for dowsing to locate the sought precious and base metals of the new world. When traveling along the old Spanish Trails, dowsing with the modern light weight ball bearing dowsing rod can locate old Spanish Mines and Treasure Cashes. Read and study the book, The Art of Dowsing - Separating Science from Superstition ($14.95), for learning all of the physics involved in dowsing and how to build the modern light weight ball bearing dowsing rod, that accurately gauges what is being dowsed by pitting the energy of gravity against the energizing of the one-tenth ounce dowsing rod load that is attached on the elevated acetylene welding rod, with being five-inches from the hub's shaft. This precisely gauges the dowsing of all edges, exact center, depth buried with angle of deposition, and most important is grading of the sought element that is contained in the elemental mass that is being dowsed. Anybody can become a professional dowser by practicing the book's dowsing lessons of buried pipelines and electrical cables, tunnels and voids, precious metal placer and lode deposits, dowsing for treasure, dowsing for any element, amplified long distance dowsing from a moving vehicle, and dowsing on water from a boat. I hope dowsing enriches your life and have a safe, healthy, good day.
