just finished replaying dead island as sam b. even now, years and years down the road, i still run for the nearest ladder / rooftop any time i hear that classic infected scream.
I was just playing DI and I use sam b, I found an amazing baton, crouch and aim for the legs, get to the perk that lets you stomp them asap, still annoying, but way easier to deal with. if you use blades, aim for the head, 80% of the time (if you time it right) the speed means their heads come right off, it works for walkers too, but not as much
Yeah i agree, if infected come at you, just steady with sharp weapon then with the great timing the head will fall of after the first strike, it takes a lot of dead though for me 😂

yeah zeds demise in lvl 60 or gabriel sledgehammer in lvl 60 are still the best and the homerun baseball bat are a joke its have been patched in the 1.0.3 version so hard that its not even worth to made it anymore

Love this game with my all heart, great atmosphere, map design, combat, soundtrack, and enemy design! Still love to play 2022 and this game has yet to get old!

Just stared playing the game yesterday (2020) btw very fun game.
This game was made in 2011. Around the same time as some other great games (Minecraft (2009) and Portal 2 (2011)).

This game got alot of flak from reviewers and players but I thought it was a great game. The sound, music and environment still scares me. I really appreciated that it didn't immediately fall into the "humans are the real monsters" trope that people love now

Well tbh, it kind of did that trope. Just not untill the end of the game. I think the story was all over the place. Every quest was a fetch quest. Introducing these new characters we r expected to care about. Other than that the game is amazing
I enjoyed your vid - Love this game play it over and over - watching your video brings much more to this amazing game - It's really my son's - when I was younger - I got an Atari 2600 - And back then the covers on the games boxes for the cartridges - promised so much ! - But your character in these games was made up of about 6 pixels !!! (you needed a good imagination) - And not only me but my mates at the time also wished we had games of this quality - This game quality and the sense of humour now make for hours of getting away from it all !

Love this game. Bought it again on the ps4 definitive edition . The music theme aways scares me. Don't make it better playing it with my home theater system . Every year I play again and again. It's 2021, it's time to play it again . . . Thanks for the hinted stuff. Some of them I had no clue.

Gamerzombie XD The text is also significantly smaller in the definitive version, and they also replaced the quest accepting from being on a paper, to just being part of your HUD. Due to it using different textures, a lot of these Easter eggs are also missing.
Luke E l old but nah have you held the definitive edition guns? They all clip through you there are 8 times the bugs and insta kill doors doors where doors should not go and clipping issues and the guns? Look like their all ghalils made in the ps3 and yet the old guns look way better and realistic like wtf happened there!?
