I wasn’t too excited about the Getsy hire, but hearing this man speak makes it clear that he’s a smart dude with a wealth of knowledge and experience! Hoping he’s also a good teacher who will be able to get our playmakers to learn the new scheme and to execute the plays at a high level. LFG RAIDERS!!
Devantae Adams vouched for him, they worked well together in Green Bay.

You should this is 3rd year as special teams coach/coordinator for the Raiders.
One thing I've noticed from each one of these new coaches is that they're very serious about their position and what they want to do they're very deliberate. Listening to these group of men give you great confidence on what's about to happen.
I hope getsy works out and has the offense run smoothly

Most coaches do not like these press conferences and want them to be over. Coach Mcmahon is actually coaching up the media (and us) on the nuance of the new special teams rules. He really does want to teach them about it. I don't think any of us have seen one like this. Passion is contagious. Raaaaaideeers 🏴☠️🖤⚔️

Minshew will be the starter. I don't care how the staff is sugar coating it, but they're not paying Minshew $12 million to sit on the bench while paying Aidan a rookie contract to start. That doesn't happen. Minshew will have to play poorly for Aidan to become the starter during the season.

Loving the new look for Graham. Got that smooth goatee with the grey in it. He is such a great interview when they put him in front of the mic. I’m gonna hate when he gets a HC job just from a selfish standpoint but I’m gonna be happy when he gets that opportunity because he has been an awesome DC.

PG should be a head coach and will be one day, but god I am glad he is still the DC for us right now. He just gets football and is a smart man.
I hope they have a succession plan for DC, cuz Graham's gonna be HC somewhere. Hopefully they're grooming someone under PG right now and AP can help the new guy. For now, WE have him!
Special teams coach is a beast
With these three men as coordinators and AP as their HC, allowing them to be theirselves, we'll see just how good they are. PGs defense looked totally different in 2nd half of the season. Getsy was being micromanaged in Chicago. If he'd had his way there, you can bet he'd have benched Fields and played Bagent. With AP, they'll be able to run their side of the ball.

Luke Getsy is a good/smooth talker but he really sucks as an offensive coordinator. Raider Nation is screwed as long as he is your O coordinator. Bears fans know all too well. Fields may have been traded but Getsy was fired by the Bears. So that tells you all you need to know about who you have running your offense

I think I trust davante adams that he’s a good coordinator over someone on UA-cam he was the offensive coordinator at the packers for years you never know the situation in Chicago behind the scenes

Even if we got Daniels in the draft, we still have a ways to go. Maybe 2 years from a deep playoff run but, we're getting stronger with salaries and salary cap. We're trying to build (finally) a championship worthy defense for the next 2 years. The 2024 schedule is TOUGH! 7-10 is my prediction but I hope I'M WRONG and was not giving MY RAAAIIDDERS enough credit!!
