Thus, Thailand is then the only channel for any negotiation with the Karen army. How they were rescued? If the Hong Kong or the Thai authorities has concrete evidences that the victims actually got into the Karen territory. Those evidences are already enough for the victims to be released, just like the recent case of the Chinese actor. Since the leader of the Karen army always claim that his special economic zone is not a scam center, he will ask his Chinese scammers to release the victims only when he get caught red-handed.
