As a Arsenal fan I think he is the most underrated player in the league. Guess the problem has been his mentality, and we all know how important the player's mindset is for Arteta. He could really be a solid star player. Good luck Roma.
I've always wanted Ainsley to make it at Arsenal since his loan at Ipswich when he was 17, clearly has the talent but seeing as everyone at Arsenal get's picked on merit if they have the right mindset, seems pretty clear Ainsley has issues self motivating when he isn't a regular starter., should've humbled himself when he was being picked regularly as a wing back instead of moaning about playing in midfield. Wish him all the best at Roma
Roma gains a player determined to show his worth. He has the potential to be wicked good and will change the Roma attack and midfield possession. Along with a healthy Spinazzola and Zaniolo plus Pelligrini this could be an awesome second half for Roma
