Journey learning to talk with two-switch auditory scanning

This video gives a brief glimpse into how Tyler, who has cerebral palsy and a significant visual impairment progressed from not having a way to talk, to learning to navigate through 8 word choices, and eventually being able to navigate through thousands of words to say whatever he wants to say. Tyler communicates with an Accent 1000 device from PRC-Saltillo and uses the Corescanner "blast" vocabulary.
Some tips are provided along the way on how to help other children learn to communicate with a augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) device.
