I'd like to see you guys cook 2 or 3 low waste vegan and vegetarian meals in your new kitchen. I'm curious to see your kitchen dance - i.e. how you work around each other when you are both working on a meal.
I never comment but have been a long time subscriber. I'm just here to say that I love Leah's middle part!!! Not many people can pull it off, but she definitely isn't one of them :)
We do the same for the compost bin we put out for the town to take (Utrecht,NL) also use vines we’ve pruned or greenery from our Xmas wreath to place on the bottom. We also have a small compost bucket where I gather materials for my own small compost boxes in our small back yard.
If you like that dish brush, I use one made in Vancouver from Make Nice Company. It has a handle, replaceable heads and is made from bamboo with agave bristles. It’s also only $12 for the handle+1st head so it’s more affordable for me anyway because it lasts a long time if you take care of it. Loved this video, it was really fun☺️
Love these types of videos! So honest and shows the realistic side to your lifestyle. Very nice to see people being gentle and encouraging rather than saying "do this to be zero waste, do that." I appreciate it a lot. Love the Pottery Leah!
I want to be less wasteful, but it is hard. I live in Norway, we do not have any zero waste stores to shop in. So even though I like to bake, I can not just get a refill at a zero-waste store. We really should get some zero waste store's here. Love your video
About the dish brush: in order for it to dry properly and not break as fast, you should put it brush side down because otherwise the water is gonna run into the wood head and then the wood I’d gonna crack. Just a little Tipp from a German who uses those brushes XD
FOR THE PLANET!! the one thing that made me cackle was Leah's foggy glasses HAHAHAHAH!! I really enjoyed this video! and PLEASE TELL LEAH I have just begun my pottery addiction!! But, regardless y'all are amazing and I enjoy spending time with y'all on Saturdays!
Wow, your kitchen is so gorgeous and functional and I absolutely adore all of those teal accents! Also, I completely agree with what you said about spending money on good, local food when you can. Not to mention that supporting local businesses is especially important during these times!
I have a lot of family in Victoria and I lived there for a year. It's really lovely seeing familiar parts of the city. Spring is my fav with all the trees in blossom. 😍
Your kitchen is beautiful. I love it! I appreciate the tour and that it was very realistic and not perfect. It makes people like me - who are early on in their low waste journey - feel that it is okay to not be perfect, but to make small steps each day.
It's super helpful to see how you've used a combination of jars that you've accumulated over time, and how nice and deep those drawers are (really looking forward to that). I didn't realize how much was available at ZWE until my last visit, so now we're working on a transition to source more of our stuff there. It's fun to see this relaxed, at home, real life content! Sometimes you just have to be excited about (really cute!) cow mugs and super handy double dishwasher drawers. Also, IMO, we love Leah in these videos because you two have different perspectives even though you jive together really well. Together you show different aspects of your journey and relate to more people. Cheers!
I enjoyed this video;it was relaxed, and fun.I really like hard- milled breads, and the Hildebrand Breakfast looks delicious! I liked your walk, and the tour of your apartment was great. You are a very positive couple, and I look forward to your posts. Thanks!!!!
Loved this chill and honest video! Also the kitchen is the area in my life that I struggle the most with living zero waste (apart from traveling, but that‘s obviously not happening right now), because we unfortunately don‘t have a zero waste store nearby, so I loved the inspiration from your video! Would love to see mire videos like this and also more of Leah!
One of my favourite parts was the funky looking mushrooms at the end of the video. They looked really cool, just about as cool as your new apartment. Also... the pollen on Leah’s nose matches the colour of her dish towel. Now that’s a vibe 🌻🌿🌸
Of course we love Leah! She's amazing! Also love watching other people's kitchen, dreaming of the day that I won't have to share a tiny, cramped and kind of beat up kitchen in a student apartment.
You two are hilarious and full of energy. I just discovered your chanel a couple days ago and I am loving it! Thanks for the tour, I love your content.
LOVE this style of video and this week’s content. A lot of minimalist/zero-waste content creators act like they have everything dialed, so it’s nice to hear that you both are still trying things out - we get to be along for that ride and learn with you! :)
LOVE this style video! AND....LOVE Leah in all the videos 😁 More plz! I wish Earth's own sold in the US since Oatley apparently isn't a reputable brand 🤷🏻♀️
Don't buy into the hype, side parts are still the best parts for some face types. I have tried the center part over and over again and I always just look super frumpy and harsh. If you like your face in a side part then embrace it Leah!
Hell yeah!!👍👍 Name the plant Roberto! Great video! It was super entertaining!!!👍Thanks for sharing with us! And learned a few more new things for the planter too!! Keep it up!😉👌 Yes we like it!
I really appreciate you showing us the day-to-day! Trying to live in a waste-conscious way can be tricky and frustrating, and bringing it all back down to earth in an accessible way is something I feel you excel at (it's actually one of the main reasons I'm glad to support the channel). Also, I'm not sure if the whole "too much of a good thing" applies to Leah appearances!
Nice content. The reality is we are all here to help save the planet and it's great to see application of that in this real life format. Happy new home!
I like that you guys are trying your best to show that its ok to not have everything perfect and You guys should continue these types of videos (It very comforting to see :>)
From one start person, to another, for that top shelf in your tea cupboard, get a small basket that fits the length and width. Fill the basket with the shelf contents. Now you can easily pull it out and get whatever you need and then put t away.
Parkour. Lots of awesome inspiration for a great zero waste kitchen! I love it! Also, I love Leah's energy. It would be awesome to see her in more videos!
Your walk was one of the walks my wife and I took on our first anniversary which we spent in your wonderful city 17 years ago. Future Leah sourdough baking video??? Would love to hear about your thoughts on the DW pods in the future too.
I love this style of video! Keep trying out new things. Also, I can't wait until I live near a zero waste store--they seem awesome and super convenient. :)
We’ll always love Leah!! Very interesting video as you guys show the “real not always looking good zero waste”, which gives ideas and encourages to take action and start re-using :) I’d also like to see how you do a zero waste laundry. Thanks for the videos!!
I like the side part. Gray hair is beautiful. I know it's a different texture and harder to work with, but it's still beautiful. ❤️ Also, I love your pottery collection! I'd love to see more sprinkled in through the videos.
I love the dynamic between you and Leah in the videos, so I definitely think I will still be interested :) Great video as always! Every week I look forward to see, what you have in store for us.
Wow, just love your new space. That color is my favorite too! And the pottery...gorgeous. Such a wonderful space! Loving the middle hair part. Looks really good! The twirking...that was so entertaining and funny. Thanks for sharing! Great video! 💚🌞🌼
Loved this video, the casual nature and candid camera feel was so much fun :) Though I would highly recommend that you store your redecker scrub brush bristles down because the wood will crack if the water drains into it as opposed to down the bristles into the sink and then the bristles run the chance of falling out, this has happened to me more times than I can count. Keep up all the awesome work!!
Hey team! What do ya'll think of the more chill lifestyle videos? You down with more twerking?
Twerking might be too much for my faint heart.
Umm... Yeah!
Love it! Feels like hanging out with old friends.
@@shaunaburton7136 Ok I'll tone it down for ya... 😜😂
Yeah..
love the more chill type videos! ✌🏼
Thanks Joe!
Of course, we love Leah. She's smart, funny and beautiful.
If Leah is in every single video... does Levi have to change the channel name??? 🤷🏼♂️😄
A new re-brand perhaps! 😳🧐
@@LeahandLevi Levi and Leah save the world
@@natchosm4320 I was thinking the same, that's a great channel name!
Funny how things transpire
Can we have a video where leah shows us all of her pottery, and gives a short backstory on each?? I love the cow mug!
Levi: we spend so much time cooking together!
*has beans straight out of the can for breakfast*
Hey! Don't knock em until you've had them!
Love a bean brekky!
I grew up literally eating them cold as a kid. I love them.
and the middle part looks amazing!! embrace the greys! it is a privilege to age and grow older (:
I'd like to see you guys cook 2 or 3 low waste vegan and vegetarian meals in your new kitchen. I'm curious to see your kitchen dance - i.e. how you work around each other when you are both working on a meal.
Noted! We've got some food focused content coming up in May so look forward to that I guess!
Mostly clicked for Leah’s middle part lol! You rock it Leah!
I never comment but have been a long time subscriber. I'm just here to say that I love Leah's middle part!!! Not many people can pull it off, but she definitely isn't one of them :)
I love Leah's middle part! Also I would like to formally request a Leah sourdough video.
"What an absolute beaut" the most Canadian thing to come out of Levi's mouth.
Right?!
Leah!!! Love the middle part- it looks amazing 🎉💕
The newspaper at the bottom of the compost bin is the simplest tip that is also brilliant!
Glad you liked it! Thanks for the comment!

I mean if it's from a German then I know it's gotta be true right? Haha seriously, thanks though!
We love the ✨bi wife energy✨ Leah brings to the videos, please don’t go anywhere 🌸💅🏻🌺

Once you get started down that pottery train, there’s no going back!!
Love this style of video! And I’m digging the middle part. 😊
Omg Louise leaning into the video is what imagine old Leah is gonna be! 🤗 Supa cute!!
She’s a true legend haha.
Geez Louise!!! 🥰
Leah’s middle-parted hair is BEAUTIFUL!!!
Love this video, especially Levi’s “kitchen workout” at the end😂
So nice of Leah to try the middle part! looks amazing 👍👍 I bet she can pull off many different hairstyles hahaha lots of love!
I love this type of videos, also feel free to include Leah in every single video, she can do videos all by herself and I’ll never get tired :)
YEP even if she’s in every video i never get tired of her😭 or either of you tbh
LOVE the middle part. Leah looking even more amazing!!
Ahhhh Leah kept the middle part 😍 it looks so good!
Ok, but Leah's middle part..... GORGEOUS!!!!
Wow, your kitchen is so gorgeous and functional and I absolutely adore all of those teal accents! Also, I completely agree with what you said about spending money on good, local food when you can. Not to mention that supporting local businesses is especially important during these times!

That's the idea! Taking those small steps is how you get where you wanna be. Thanks for being here!
Leah your middle part looks great! And I had to lol about the foggy glasses in the thrift shop haha! Cool to see your kitchen guys
I loved the idea of a “commute to work” when working from home!!! ❤️

I love the chill videos and I love Leah! I love the fun and humor that she brings to the channel
Leah is the best 😄😄😄😄 voting for Leah in every video!!!

that plant's name should definitely be Albert! i love the more chill video this was so fun to watch!! 💚

Nice tour - you have a beautiful kitchen. I love the chairs - we bought teak chairs37 years ago and they still look great. Like the centre part, too.

Thanks for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed it 🙋🏻♂️
I am so happy to see I am not the only one with way too many mugs! 😍 Yours are all beautiful!
the evolution to this cardigan from the plain gray t shirt is an excellent development.
loving Leah's middle part! and Leah in videos in general!
I love a good kitchen tour. And, Levi, I love your sweater -- I have two similar ones that belonged to my uncle and are from the 1970s!
I absolutely love these videos. I love your kitchen! I love turquoise too. And Leah! So yes, keep them coming!
I like that you guys are trying your best to show that its ok to not have everything perfect and You guys should continue these types of videos (It very comforting to see :>)
I use a very similar scrubbrush but the head mounts on a handle. So you throw out less when it is worn out. Nice to see you both are settling in!
Thanks Stuart!
Looking great Leah!

Thank you so much! I'll continue to work on my form. 😂😜
I love how organized you guys are. Seriously, I need to go more minimalist.
It’s a process! Just keep recognizing what you really need!
Love these lifestyle vids, also that kitchen shelving setup is cool as. Nice job.
Thanks for the tips!
I totally understand Leah's struggle of not knowing how to find the center of her face!
