Seriously. My dad set up a balance beam for me in the back yard and I used our well pump as a "horse." That was the extent of any family involvement. But...my generation was different. Men worked and provided for their families. They didn't do hands on, like is acceptable now. This little girl has a righteous dad. I hope she enjoys every second with him. My dad's gone and I often think of the things we could have done ..had he been willing to.
My dad couldn’t do any of this since he is as stith as a board and break his back completely just like what the first reply said.
Yeah, I was kinda impressed with him. He couldn't do it as perfect as her but he still got some skills for sure. 🙂

As a father, I absolutely adored this video. What a champ for trying and succeeding at doing the maneuvers. I would have been in the ER!! Kudos for investing in your children with all the equipment, but most importantly your time!

I love this dad's enthusiasm and energy and taking an interest in his daughter's sport. But, I am legit worried that he may hurt himself. Some gyms now have adult gymnastics classes also. Maybe learning proper technique from a coach would be helpful and make it less likely that you would get hurt.
Yeah. Some of the moves are so dangerous I worry he may break his neck and that would be a tragedy to both of them.

Dad did WAY better than I expected. Way to go- and a great way to engage with your daughter that other parents can definitely replicate- even without the equipment. All one needs is a lawn with grass, or a neighborhood park to safely learn a cartwheel. 🤸
