My favorite KingAlarm moment was, having pressed my panic button for an incident involving a staff member, seeing him roll up in his full black uniform fully decked out alongside his team. The team members were always dependable and professional. I particularly appreciated the stop- bys to check that eveything was okay. And, yes, I can attest to his attention to customer service and his personal involvement in that area. Congratulations on the new service to come on stream...your own Ambulances.

The funny thing is that I work in the security industry but my ability to verify and endorse every personal approach John speaks of in this interview comes from my observations in local lawn tennis. His attitude to business and customer service is exactly as he says it here but it's through the behavior of his children that I confirmed that he both lives it and teaches them to do the same. My impression of you has changed drastically over the past month or so. People will always chat baselessly; keep doing what you're doing John.

The interesting thing about John Azar, and perhaps the most important ingredient to his success, is that he clearly has his finger on the pulse at all times and appears from nowhere at the first sign of trouble. Too many of our business “leaders” become invisible when they are needed or when their organization fails us as consumers. If there was an award for most accessible CEO John would win hands down. A man who truly understands what “service” is all about and as humble and down to earth an individual as you would ever meet. Kudos to the entire team at king alarm👏

You have made and and to make strides in the market without any outside intervention. If it's not broken, don't fix it.
