In this video I will be talking about why I prefer a Lash Bed over a recliner. My bed is custom made but you can make any bed/massage table just as comfy. I'll be giving you tips on how to make it extra comfy not only your client but for yourself as well. Remember that your posture is just as important as your client comfort. I prefer a lash bed too, this is the first video I see where they prefer it too I kept thinking I had to make the investment to try it, but after watching this video I feel confident to keep my lash bed🤍
You can always dress up your bed to make it comfy for your girls but overall it just worked better for me than a recliner.

I LOVE your lash bed !! I remember when you had your recliner my neck would hurt a lot from having to angle it backyard enough for you to be able to see my lashes so this is definitely an AWESOME upgrade ❤️

The recliner has to be a lay flat recliner and you have to tell the client to scoot towards you or it will kill your back. I added a booster seat for the client and it worked out perfectly. No pain for me. I love mine❤️ by the way i looove your videos.

The pillow is at a perfect position for your hands I love that pillow so much because I was able to Lash so easy with it because it's at the perfect height and the position where I needed it. The only part that I did not like about it and the reason why I switched over to a new one is because after a while my clients would have to stretch out their neck because it wasn't comfy for them. But they never complained. But overall if you're trying to get a pillow that is comfortable for you and you need one for yourself I highly recommend it and also the organization compartments are really handy. But like I said I changed over to a new pillow because I wanted something more comfy for my clients. But the downfall of my new pillow is that it's so low that I still have to use my last tray that came with the old pillow to hold my tiles. So if I were to recommend a new pillow for beginners I would recommend the black one in this video

Baaaaabe, I have another question. What do you think are the best size tweezers to use if you have arthritis in your hands? I can not decide if longer or shorter are better. Also, I really am so grateful for you. I laid my best lashes today ever ♡
Hmmmmm that's a great question. Honestly Idk how to answer that since I don't struggle with that and have never heard any other lash artist mention a good tweezer to help with that. In my best opinion I would say just try out tweezers and see what works better for you. Everyone is different and what I like and works for me might not be someone else's cup of tea. So best I can help if just try out Tweezers and see which one works better for your hands.

I went for the recliner right away thinking of the clients comfort, but I feel like I have such a horrible time lashing on it or idk if it could just be me lol I’m a new technician and it’s super discouraging

Hey hun, Livbay Lash here on UA-cam has a video on how to build a little ramp to elevate your recliner so it helps with your posture. Check out that video since you already invested in a recliner. I never built one and I couldn't handle the back pain and I couldn't see my clients lashes so I switched to a bed and got magnifying glasses and it completely changed everything for me.
