Brecon To Cardiff 2024 - Run Walk Crawl
Today i headed to brecon to watch over 500 hundred runners attempt to battle the welsh weather and run from Brecon to Cardiff. Some runner took the extreme option which saw them hit pretty much every mountain on the way down. Whilst the standard ultra pretty much followed the Taffs Trail.
This was a great event, and it was incredible to see so many runners and friends. This has to be on my list for next year.

I completed my first marathon on Sunday (London marathon) i did it in 5.33.59 so not fast but im so proud that I didn't walk at all. I have signed up for this in February 2025. I'm hoping to complete it in the time frame of 12 hours. I think I'll be quicker than that.
