So, Iceland generates electricity from it's various volcanic geological activity and benefiting immensely from this clean form of energy. If that is the case, how come her fellow European neighbours have not realised the immense potential benefit of tapping into this and provide for themselves more than enough electricity that they need in Europe? That way the EU don't have to buy expensive LNG from the US and the middle-east and maybe not depend on Russia's cheap gas if they don't want it. Surely this will make the EU self sufficient in energy production. 🤨😏
