This, this is the massive disdain that I have with High-Tier Wangan. The only way you can get first is by being Shingo from Initial D. It's a knob in the arse to play against these people because they think that bumping to and fro with eachother is "fun" and that it should be encouraged. Yes, its an arcade-style racing game and that I shouldnt bring realism into it but for crying out loud the mid to high-tiers play C1 and Hashin Line and always lose because of shitty lines on the turns

It is possible to play the newest version at home but it is quite expensive. The upkeep for server costs is abit steep but if money was not the issue you could. I have the older version at home, I've done a few streams on. This one I play at the arcade but have access to the machines :)

the Subaru R2 was a secret unlockable car in the earlier games, but now in WMMT6 you can get it as a prize from the daily scratch, all fully tuned up for you too. Sadly it has one of the lowest top speeds in the game. Looks funny when you outrun someone with it tho XD
This is an arcade game called Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6RR its been around for about 20 years now. Its been out in Mumbai for a few years. I haven’t been able to find it. If you could find the game i would pay you a nice sum of money to do a couple of things for me on the game.
