This feels like a middle ground for kids monopoly and regular molopoly. Also I watched most of your vids you did resistance but not Coup yet. That was may first board game ever brought.
A variant for this game that I made: If you pass or land on GO using a vehicle space, you collect 2 points and the flames of power. If you pass another player while you have the flames of power, you are still able to use the character ability.
Can you please showcase the "Game of the Generals" boardgame? Its a local boardgame here in the Philippines where even schools use them for recreational activities.
Hasbro has monopoly on monopoly and got it from the creator of monopoly who created monopoly to make fun of captlism and monopolies and I just said monopoly 6 times many I should get a monopoly on that
And the funny thing is, monopoly doesn't really feature monopolies since they're just streets in Atlantic City. Owning 2-3 streets isn't really enough to start charging fully monopolistic prices when people can always move to one of the many other streets you don't own. I mean, maybe you could charge a bit extra if you owned all of the streets in a certain part of town (especially somewhere unique like the oceanfront), but it's still not on the level of a true monopoly since the option to move a couple streets over is always there. In order to have proper monopolies, each set would have to consist of major companies in the same industry (e.g., the three largest oil companies). Of course, that would also change the theming of "houses" and "hotels" to, say, "factories" and "company towns," as well as the theming of the utilities, railroads, and several other features. Interestingly, that means that Disney itself would likely be one of the high-end properties.
There's another rule in Monopoly Disney Villains, You have to purchase the villain or utility that you land on, you are not allowed to auction the villains or the utilities this game, you can only auction the thickets and layers, the thickets and layers are the only things you can auction, because you must buy the villain or the utility that you land on! If you are unable to afford the villain or the utility that you land on, you can' sell anything to raise the money to afford the villain or utility! Instead, you are bankrupt immediately and automatically out of the game! You will have to return all thickets and layers that you have back to the bank, and you have to return all of the villain or utility cards that you purchased back to the bank, and return any poison apple cards and get out of jail free cards to the bottom of the appropriate deck! That's the rule that you forgot to mention! You completely forgot that there was another change in this game.
It's really not, I played this with my 4 year old neice and she caught on pretty quick. It was her first board game ever so I'm sure it's easy enough for anyone else.
This board looks so png cheap for an actual monopoly, and yet seems like the most fun monopoly adaptation we have had in a while

Some reason, this gives off a real Castlevania vibe, as if it was put into a board game.
Landing on Yzma's space:
"I never liked your spinach puffs!"
seeing the sheep in Zootopia in a 2d art style looks weird and not at the same time

Monopoly Disney Villains: The rules are the same as regular monopoly, except for these changes.

Hard to understand this game for people who aren't familiar with monopoly.

Also, you have to buy an unowned contract, or you go bankrupt.
