Yes, I definitely think you can add a chain to it and wear as a necklace. I tried doing that with my other rings in the past (though haven’t tried with my Trinity yet), so definitely a possibility!

I bought my regular size! Cartier typically recommends sizing down for the Cartier trinity ring since it is interlocked and could potentially “roll” off the finger with sudden movement. For me, I went with a size that would give me the most flexibility to either put on my right middle finger or left index finger. Hope this helps! Thanks for asking! I just checked. It's very small so I had to use my cell phone flash light :) It's the Cartier logo and trademark inscription... so small that they almost look like 2 dots to the naked eyes.

Ohhh I see what you mean! Mine just looks like plain engraving on the metal without any color, but then again, it’s very small…! Could yours possibly be from an older model? I know there were some minor updates over the years. For example, I heard the older models (before the 90s or earlier) don’t have the Cartier engraving on the outside of the rose gold band.
