Life or Death - Abomination Demo

After many years of holding onto this disc, the drummer said it was fine to finally share.
This was the demo versions of songs from the "Abomination" album. The songs were rougher but sound incredible. This was one of San Diego's greatest hardcore bands.

"Sentenced" album can be bought from bandcamp as a digital download. The second full lenght seems to be a little harder to come by, but Discogs is a good site to search of that kind of stuff (although no copies, were on sale there right now either).
