In Miami Beach YOU MUST HAVE PERMITS to modify anything in a condominium. Officials are especially sensitive and aware of activity in buildings all around Miami since the collapse of the building on Miami Beach last year. BUYER/OWNER BEWARE!! If you hire a person to do work who is not certified, you could be arrested, fine, and service jail time! You also cannot sell your property if you had work done without permits. BUYER/OWNER BEWARE!!! Lots of New Yorkers and people from South America come here thinking they'll get away with doing what they want. They end up screaming louder than everybody and moving back. We love to see New Yorkers move back to New York!!! As a native Floridian, we have never been fond of hearing New Yorkers come to Florida and tell us how they do it better in New York.

My girlfriend and I visited pompano beach and loved it, we’re considering moving here. We’re both 28, but we’re a bit worried about some of the crime rates, is majorly of the area safe? What’s some of the bad areas we should avoid?
Downtown pompano is the most safe part, none of the place is unsafe to be honest. The places I would suggest is to avoid is Atlantic st. If you continue you will see some ghetto and no one likes it, but it is safe here!!
Too hott for full time. The sun burns though your clothes! Bugs,humid yuck. Great in the winter.

Yes , many people love to vacation here , tourist are welcomed . With that many decide this is a great place to live year round.

GULF SIDE IS MUCH BETTER AND CLEANER WATER GOODBYE..I AM FROM PUERTO RICO...SO ..,🙄💃🏽🇵🇷
