I agree humans work faster and more selections in the store, but for places like Airports and the like, this would be cool! I think they need to work on the platform in which the drink sits though, I thought it was going to fall over by the initial placement of the cup with no bracing when poured. Well done Mike!
That was really interesting. Thanks for investigating on everyone's behalf. Interesting to see where this technology goes. Certainly great technology for airports and similar locals.
It can make up to 9 at the same time. I think where they really are messing up is not having a pick up line and ordering line. It's a great concept especially where they are located. Truck stops and colleges.
I would guess the 15 minutes came from a complicated order. If a robot has that trouble image what its like for people. Mistakes are made mostly to orders that are complicated and long. This is what holds up orders in restaurants and drive thru. The more people that complicate a order, the longer it takes. When you are short handed it's even worse.
This is pretty cool. And you have to think about how this will be good for food sanitation and health standards. A lot less bacteria in a workplace such as clean hands and hair getting into food. It would greatly reduce that chance.
It's a long term play for the retail sector. As inflation rises to normal cycle inflation post corona paying workers high wages won't be agreeable with these business types. Will take up to a decade to do multiple iterations where the robots go faster, use less parts, lest steps to completion. etc.

Oh wow the Robot did it!! Yay 👊
Yep it did a good job!
I invested $7,000 in this comp. I believe in it. It will always improve.
What platform did you use? It's not on Robinhood and I don't believe its on fidelity either.
