Hello our child died in the 40 pregnancy week 2 days before the expected birth. Outcome of the Analysis of placenta Shows pseudo infarction and lattice infarction and also focal granuloyctes. Actually 5 days before the death of the Baby, everything in the Ultrasonic Investigation was OK. Whatever Happened must be occured between 10.02-13.02.24. On 13.02 the doctor couldnt find any Heartbeat anymore. Whar are the most Common reasons, for such an unexpected and also rare incident, so Close to the birth date. Our Baby weighed 3.3 kg. Appreciate any suggestions. Thankyou very mich
