This was way better than Vogue's 'open door'. I also loved the part where he said that he trusts the viewers and he laughed nervously right after . Thank you for the video eheh ^-^
I don't think I have heard a Swedish person swear so much. Australians can get accused of swearing more than any other country. Love it. My f!#*ng siblings.😂 🇦🇺
Yaaaay the monstera! It takes quite a knack to keep green things glossy, well done! 😊 Its odd but really nice to have a house tour, its fun to visualise different places around the world and how people live, so thanks for being generous and sharing yours.. And I hope nobody does go creepy, theres no need for that, and I think its nice to be a trusting person.
nice, your kitchen brought back memorys of when I moved into my gfs apartment (in boden)when we started dating, that cooker I swear is in every rented place in sweden lol
My Dutch appartment is almost the same😂. If you visit my country you are welcome to stay at my place. You would feel at home instantly considering the similarities 🙏

You have Donkey from Shrek 😄 now you have to make a video on how to make Swedish waffles lol. And neat Magic collection, haven’t played in long time. Didn’t even know you played an instrument. Cool apartment tour. Another fun vlog!
No mean comments allowed. Bathroom TMI. Thank you for sharing, I also live in a tiny home. If you don't keep everything in its place, it gets cluttered very quickly. I was wondering who you killed to get this apartment, I'm relieved ☺️
A little advice from a 54 y old mother, you should never ever put bananas in the fridge, they should be kept at room temperature otherwise they turn soggy, ask your mum if you don't believe me 😊
I live in the south of England and thank my mum for making my siblings and I put our names on the local housing waiting list at the earliest age possible (16). I waited 8 years to be offered my 1st apartment. I only got it then because 5 people before me turned it down because there was no parking (I can't drive so no issue for me).
Nice! Your bathroom is spacious for a small apartment! I like how you furnished it - not trying to be "too smart" with platform beds, foldable furniture and stuff. Better to keep it simple and use the bed as sofa. Many "smart compact living solutions" look very uncomfortable and try hard. I've lived in smaller places... So scary and disgusting to take showers in the basement! One time there was a man there standing completely still (in order not to be noticed) and I screamed so loud I scared myself and probably him too, and ran up the stairs faster than I thought possible. Don't believe this man was like a rapist though, more like en gammal gråtjuv (grey old thief/homeless) scared of being caught. But the feeling that you don't know what awaits you when leaving the shower room, is not something I miss. But this was when I was young, that is a very long time ago. Those low standard apartments probably don't exist anymore...
This was the EXACT setup and layout of my "apartment" when I was living in a Student apartment in Malmo. I had view over the bridge, the torse and whole malmo. it was good 18 months
Wow... In my country it's usually almost always illegal to do second hand renting, while in Sweden it's regulated and considered normal while waiting in a queue for rental apartments... I didn't know about the Swedish house market, I found this video was really interesting and informative. By the way you're very funny and full of good vibes so good luck with your future projects!
Really liked the tour...always interesting to see how living situations differ from place to place. It looks very well planned and laid out....with lots of personal touches rather than self-conscious styling....like your self-deprecating humour btw. Greetings from Wales.
I stayed around Slussen as well as Odenplan for 2.5 months late last year. I can confirm that Södermalm is where the game is at. Definitely worth a visit to all the bars around there.
i don't even know how i ended up here but i'm glad i did. the apt is cute and cozy! the bathroom is a bit depressing, but aren't they all? LOL love your plushies and sense of humor. the string of "compliments" was hilarious! the only thing that made me sad was that you had to wait 12 years for an apartment? sheesh, it's hard to live anywhere.
When I saw the heinz beans I knew you were fully committed to the English lifestyle. I have a monthly crisis where I realise I am a whole flight away from a jacket potato van.
Cool vlog! I liked the plushies, the bathroom and the plants! I was thinking, isn't there a garage for the bike? Or is it better to keep it in the apartment?
Yesterday I found your channel, and I liked it. I had a very fun day watching your videos, thank you for sharing your department it's so nice and comfortable, and it is a good way to know you a bit more. Greetings from Paraguay. 🇵🇾
is this like a first hand contract or smt? and does it mean that you have to queue all over again after you get kicked out of this place? wo. i'm a student and i live in a little studio as well on lidingö because it was so damn hard to even get a landlord to respond to my housing application. and i pay 7900 sek, not including electricity, heating and internet -.-"
Im moving into a 21 sqm apartment in a few weeks, and its 2087kr a month. Of course not in stockholm but its in enough of a good place for my lonely ass
I live in Switzerland and I pay 760 CHF for furnitured 18sqm, with toilet and kitchen not included in the studio In the rent there is the heating, electricity, cold and hot water (I have a bathroom inside the studio but not with toilet), washing machine and drier machine (shared, at the basement) included This is definitely not in the center of Zürich, but in another town nearby I pay only the internet
Just signed my tenancy contract last week for a tiny ensuite room in a shared 6-bedroom house located not even close to the city centre in Manchester UK for twice the rent you are paying....... ahhhh........

As a swede this apartment is amazing 5000kr på söder helt jävla sjukt
Searched "tiny swedish apartment" and ended up here. I do not regret it. Laughing non stop, this is just purely hilarious if you speak swedish!

Deeply closeted, yes.

I love that flower shirt !
Is the Krus Ingen picture on the merch store? :D
I am looking for one in Södermalm as well and it seems quite hard to find one below 10,000sek. Any suggestion? Blocket? FB?
That bathroom looks wheelchair friendly, I've never seen a random apartment with non wheelchair-bound tenant have that
Oooooh så spännande!
This video made me laugh 😂 I like the apartment! It looks supercozy (^∇^)
You have the Niki Proshin effect going on: you don't look a day over 20.
hi mate, what is the wall material made of in Sweden?
Concrete I think!
Is that the rent per month or per week? If its per month that's super affordable!
Per month! I definitely wouldn't afford it otherwise ^^
Wait, so where will you go after you get kicked out? Weird system
Tokyo actually 😄 or I could just apply for another apartment. I still keep my queue time since this is a short term contract ~
Toilet paper in the kitchen! 😮

Good luck for your Japanese study😊

your apartment is sooo cozy! thanks for giving us such a nice tour :)
Thanks for the tour. It's fairly similar to the one you had in Japan. Looking forward to see where you're going to live in Japan this time 🙂🥸🏚️🏘️🪴

Who owns the flat you're renting? Housing association or private landloard?
Housing association! Found it through Bostadsförmedlingen! ~

As an architect student in Mexico doing a project in Sweden, you have NO IDEA how much it means to have a complete look of the swedish hall hashahsas.

What a nice apartment bro ❤❤
Very tidy 🤌🏾
Jag har en fråga. Given this is a short term contract, what’s the effect on your place in the queue? Tack!
I get to keep my queue time!! 😄 This was the main reason I could take this one ~
