!!!IMPORTANT NOTE!!! My DPS is actually elevated, POB is calculating Rupture twice from my manaforged arrow from Frenzy & Rain of Arrows. Untick all utility except one skill linked to one rupture support to get true POB stats. Sorry for baiting, honestly didn't see the rupture overlap, only found out when I'm doing the guide in my POB and checking the numbers. In actual the build does not reach DOT cap 😥 (still very strong though).
U must link rupture support to your main dmg dealing skill otherwise it does absolutely nothing read the description double check it pls b4 ppl start copying u.
@@robertveres6232 You can test this out yourself. GGG mentioned that Rupture did not change from last time when it was available on Deadeye, so it still function the same (acts as a debuff on any existing bleed) 1- Get capped crit chance & bleed 2- Remove chance to aggravate on crit on tree & maim on Rain of Arrows (leaving only Rupture as the possible debuff to boost bleed DPS) 3- Retain Unbound Ailment on main skill to inflict bleed to lengthen the bleed duration, remove DPS support as needed 4- Inflict bleed on enemy with main skill, then use Rain of Arrows which will inflict Rupture (enemy should have blood all over their body as indicator) 5- Compare Bleed DPS based on speed of health bar draining before & after using Rain of Arrows.
Thanks, theorycrafting is just my favourite part of POE. It's my adult version of playing with Lego, heh. Really weird for me to see people play the same thing over & over again and say things like 'build diversity is dead'.
@@keybearer1992 I agree 100%, I'm still learning and just recently made my first build but it's a ton of fun to notice a strong interaction and build around it. 1- Get fractured base (either high tier of hybrid phys or %inc phys), increase quality to 20%. 2- Spam essence of Contempt (until you get the other phys mod) 3- Cleanup suffix using metamod 'keep prefix' then scour (YOLO annull if suffix already filled) 4- Metamod 'keep prefix' again then use Veiled orb. 5- Craft 'damage per charges' to block unveiling unwanted mods and unveil (hope you get either crit chance, crit multi or atk speed atleast) 6- Benchcraft last mod (crit chance mandatory to atleast make bow have 8% base crit, so get this if your unveil above didn't give crit chance) 7- Enchant with Runecraft 'increased phys'.
Sure, up to you however you want to play it. Just bear in mind on why I steered away from Puncture. Leveling I'm using both Split Arrow of Splitting + Tornado Shot of Cloudburst, but since you want to use Puncture instead just make whatever changes you think is necessary.
I've played bleed bow for 3 leagues now and tried this version. Once you've tried tornado shot you won't go back to puncture, ever. It scales better, can hit multiple targets and aiming it is way easier. Did I also mention you don't get any attack speed penalty on tornado shot compared to puncture that attacks with something like 70% of your base AS?
@@matzck9674 Thanks for the feedback. Just a headsup though, when Puncture is triggered via Snipe, the attack speed follows Snipe instead as Puncture is 'triggered' at Snipe's release, so there's no attack speed difference even if you use skills with 100% or 150%. Puncture just benefitted alot because it's a 70% attack speed skill. I'd still use Tornado Shot of Cloudburst regardless. Landing shots has never been easier.
So, imo, iron reflex is not a good idea, you couyld reach 50-60% evasion chance with a flask, and that is way more importand then extra few k armor besides , dmg effectivenes of puncture is higher then this arrow nova.. so it may be good only if you have trouble aiming
@@Qzzz84 I beg to differ on evasion, because armor pairs really well with the high phys reduction from endurance charge, slayer's overleech to recover losses from mitigated hits and synergizes with low level molten shell. Evasion's problem is it only works until it doesn't, while armor's more reliable. If you can reliably land your Punctures then good for you, Tornado Shot of Cloudburst main strength is when facing groups of tougher mobs, hasted, high mob density maps, etc. Again, the choice is based on reliability & consistency, not peak POB numbers. p.s. damage effectiveness is similar, Puncture is stronger because of 'more damage with bleeding' modifier.

With only haemophilia and a decent bow you can push to whatever content you want to farm to buy ralakesh and olesya. You can do charge stacking without those with just a manaforged frenzy setup, the charge mastery that gives you 100% charge duration and the chest implicit that gives you 1 endurance charge every 15 secs to never lose them basically. It was very solid already, then once you get the uniques it's just very good.
Are you looking at the right place? Even opening the POB link on another browser tab gives 44mil DPS. Edit: DPS is wrongly calculated in POB, corrected that.

Looking good and interesting! Slayer good choice, give lot of recovery layer to build with overleech
Yep, slayer is way too strong with the new endurance charge change.
Great job on the video.
Very nicely done. How would you craft the bow?
Thx for al the work!

Sure, but alot of the DPS is locked behind Ralakesh boots + Olesya's belt, so if the price is too high it can be restrictive.
