Remember, pleading the 5th in a CIVIL case can be interpreted as adverse evidence. A jury is essentially allowed to assume your answer would be self-incriminating. It's practically a confession in a civil suit.
That is not true. A nonanswer remains an nonanswer and cannot be twisted to fit a narrative in any shape or form.
A jury may act however they wish, including but not limited to nullification.
A jury decision cannot be questioned unless there are technical errors committed by the courts.
