Muslim marraiges are very simple indeed as it is a contract ..you need 2 witness from each side along with the parents or guadians of bride.. and then the marriage will commense with bride says 3 times kabool hai ... and the contract says the groom has to pay so and so amount as alimony from husband for her secured future if things goes otherwise.. if the lady agrees to it saying kaboom hai 3 times with full intention ( forced or no intention to enter marriage is not valid).. then that's it the marriage is complete ..

I just wanted to add that this is not really a fully muslim (islamic) marriage/nuptials. The concept of the bride accepting 3 times is not from Islam but culture. In islam once is enough. Islamically, for a marriage (Katb Kitab/Nikaah) you need 2 adult witnesses, a Mahr (for the lack of better translation of the Arabic word, you may refer to it as a bridal gift from the groom to the bride and can be anything from money, jewelry to anything of value). The Mahr must be paid at time of marriage. There can be no consummation without the Mahr, as clearly outlined in the Quran. I actually clicked on this because I thought this was Palestinian due to Gaza in the title. So I was very surprised lol

We Muslims usually recite this dua (prayer) on people we wish to be protected by Allah from any evil.. which we call 'nazar lagna' in Urdu and Hindi as well. This dua is kind of a shield. Gohar did the same for Zaid :)

The media's camera quality didn't do justice. When the photos came from the media I though her outfits weren't so great but with this video and the professional pics justice is done.
