The= El Indio viejo the secret are naranja agrias and mint David, it’s like Nacatamal but Indio viejo is more liquid and doesn’t have marinated pork or potatoes, rice the it .!
South American food is way underrated. It isn’t as spicy as I like ....but it is quite mild most of the time.....but the flavours are perfect. You can spice it up as required.
