I am an integrative counsellor. This means that I was trained in 3 different approaches - person-centred/ client centred, psychodynamic, and CBT ( cognitive behavioural therapy). I completed a Diploma in integrative Counselling. It was a 2 year part-time course. Prior to that, I completed a one year counselling studies course and a one year counselling skills course.
