Frodan plays a Hunter opener. Later, he picks Hunter Issues and goes for Olaf as his main carry. he gets a prismatic orb drop from a PVE round that offers him two duplicators. this makes him hit 3-star Olaf while at the same time finding a Charm that changes his 3-star Olaf into a 5-cost 3-star Norra.

"highroll 6 hunter into 3 star 5 cost" as a comp to try again?

It's just his comps from previous games and the position. Mortdog does the same
It's comp that he use on previous game Mort and other TFT streamers often do that so they won't do the same comp again and again

me stupidly thinking shapeshifting emblem actually changes into an emblem that suits the synergy you have on board: "Why didn't he pick that augment?"
Don't know if he clarifies later but hunter gives % increase to AD not flat AD. So if something has over 100 AD at six hunter (+100%) it gives more than 100 AD.
I love those charms, they are targeted recombomb, but its so powerful lol.

Because its risky in most cases. It picks a random X-cost unit to upgrade regardless of onboard or bench. I take this charm (and other lower cost versions) almost every time and MOST of the time its a miss and i just use it for extra gold. This instance is very rare cuz he hit the 3 star 4 cost AND it was the only 4 cost available to upgrade. But yeah i do agree its kinda nuts when you hit.
@novatm13 Alternatively, you can sell the whole board, be it 3 or 4 cost its still an almost if not instant win
