Do i need one even if i can plug in everything in my pc?
The main problem nowaday is that many videos are meant sell products not to teach people.
Chris,i connected my electric piano output R with Focusrite 2i2 Scarlet on the back side,right output of the audio interface then i used usb cable to united my laptop with usb output on interface.After that i tried to play BBC ORCHESTRA IN Cakewalk but there was no sound.Why Should i buy another usb cable and connect it from el piano to the laptop and from another out put on my laptop to FOCUSRITE?
Hey Eduard. If you want to get audio from your piano into the interface, you'd have to connect your audio cable from the piano's Left/mono output into your focusrite's Input. This is because the audio signal comes Out of your piano Into the audio interface.
The audio inteface's ouptus would be used to get audio from your computer into headphones or speakers for example.
So no need for extra usb cables!
