The benefit of etf is the diversification. Buy generally I think the big reits are better longer term than the small ones which means you may be better just buying the big owns alone
curious why ifast would respond to a shortseller. Is not a SGX query. Sometimes even shareholder query the IR may not even answer due to confidentiality for good faith.
Feels like this comment was held till today haha but its ok. Suntec reit had fallen much after. At it's depths around 1.05. I didnt buy back then also coz I didnt like the risk of possible equity raising based on my view of its books. Suntec reit exposure was recycled into MINT and FCT. It was not to exit reit. Staying invested is crucial. Hope it answers well k
Not buying any more Reits since i already bought very cheap . Will keep till next yr Dec . Waiting 4 mkt correction in OCT , hopefully can buy cheaper DBS again 😊
