Before this video, I didn't even know what VGC was, now im gonna be the world champ for sure!
Have been looking for a guide like this for ages. Thanks nekkra!
Really glad you find this helpful!
Very helpful, as I'm attending my first tomorrow in Hartford. Greatly appreciated!
So excited for you!
Thank you for creating this resource! I will definitely be sharing it with my friends who have been showing a lot of interest in getting into the competitive side!
I really appreciate that, thank you! Glad you find it helpful :)
I'm heading to Hartford in 11 hours so this is a major life saver! Great job as always!
Best of luck this weekend!
@@Nekkra I ended up going 2-3 and dropping (tired old man) it was a super fun time!
I remember going to my first regional in my home state last year and it was so awesome to be there! I didn't make it past the swiss rounds, but being there was just so much fun. I still remember that Groudon, who was the only one in the team, and still won because the player's team had the highest health points than his opponent's team
Doing Arceus's work, this is the sort of clarity Tpci should take notes on 🍻
I’ll be entering Charlotte regionals my first one and a dream of mine since I start playing yellow version and will follow up with Knoxville regionals.
Great info.. Especially the info about the Switch settings - I had no idea!
Just got to Milwaukee and looking forward to Saturday! This was a huge help in getting ready for the tournament, thanks!
this was very helpful funny enough I signed up for my first event the day before this video. great timing
Good luck!!
Currently at Hartford Connecticut Regionals! The environment is loving, engaging, and wonderful! Loved battling so many trainers and sitting amongst the Masters!
Thanks for the great video, surprised you do not have more subscribers with this great quality.
Off to Milwaukee in 14 hours!!! One last watch just to make sure I have everything :) Thank you so much for being an inspiration!!!
Great video by the goat vgc commentator!
this is great for next season!
I shouldve watched this before my first local 😂😂😂
great video, my friend. glad you had a good time there.
This is gonna be me at Fresno :)
gl to everyone in hartford!
This is so great :)
And see you tomorrow! 🥹
Just also wanted to say that if you look at your matches using paper pairings, look at it carefully! speaking from experience that if you don't, you might go to the wrong table lol
Great callout!
I totally would if there were any slots. A month out and my division is already full.
WAIT YOU HAVE A UA-cam CHANNEL?? Omg subscribed!! 0///0
About wired connection, only the oled model has ethernet connection right? What do you have to do if you don't have oled? Do you have to bring dock or something like that? Thanks for your video, i'm attending to my first event soon and this was so helpful
Don’t need an ethernet connection! The venue will take care of that :) The dock they’ll have ready that you’ll connect your switch in to will have the internet go through that way
They majority of the regionals in My region is very hard to find a nearby regional either International
Would it be possible to limit how far you have to go between rounds for anyone who's disabled and has trouble getting around for too long? Like, keeping games to one area instead of having to walk across the area to another table?
Is there any way to volunteer to help out at a tournament/regional? idk where to look😅
Do we have to use a wired controller or can I use the joycons?
I'm not planning on competing in any upcoming reigonals but I did order a spectator pass for one, is there anything I should be aware of regarding wristband pick up, covid protocols, etc.?
I went to a regionals recently as a spectator, and the only thing I needed was the email that I received from RK9 with my code.
There was no covid protocol, but I think that might depend on the local laws too.
There are currently no covid protocols in place except you should make sure that you don't attend if you're sick. Wristband pickup is the same as check-in and will have a time on Friday, as well as on Saturday when you can pick it up!
Are you allowed to use a rental team?
Unfortunately not...
I should have covered this, but no you'll have to have your Pokemon in-game
what do people even write on their notepad
