- I forgot to note that EVA's pulse can ground with a certain amount of speed points too, also the best build for EVA is 8/4/0/8 (8 health, 4 regen, 0 speed, and 8 damage.)

Btw a lot of this is subject to change, depending on how they rebalance EVA in the future... hopefully they make it so only the spear throw can ground lol
I forgot to talk about Knife Mode's 2nd move into 4th move combo, the counter comes out really quickly after 2, so your opponent can't react to it unless they're expecting you to use it after 2

4:19 you could use the tranformation to tank beams,like dest floral or kiryu absolute zero

Im not sure if im right about this. But the first and fourth move with eva in gun mode each deal 900 dmg. Combine that and thats and thats a good 1800dmg you can do. And you can keep chaining it and do up to 5400 dmg.
So gun mode is pretty op.

Right now EVA's Vorpal Dive is now 50/50 better, you can use space button now, as it will deal full damage and then launch u back, having more forward range. Try to use the soace bar when the spear is spinning.
Either you damage by sliding it, or you don't, it's pretty random and RNG based so I tend not to use it much.
@@tander9498 Its not that random, the dash distance depends on what time u press "space" button, i suggest to use it when the spear spins or almost ends spinning.
@@displayname670 Nvm, I just tested it after they made changes to the anti-cheat, it does seem consistently reliable now.
@@displayname670 I wasn't referring to timing the slide anyways, I was referring to whether or not you dealt damage by sliding. Before it was pretty random, after the change they made it seems viable.

i still dont understand how to get more ammo and how to do the 2nd attack on Eva gun mode
To get more ammo you just land hits with knife mode. For the 2nd gun mode attack you just need to hold the button.
Bro I sucked at knife mode before this and now I maxed eva in 4 days smh
Could you please make another guide about how to position yourself as eva? I always get damaged by my opponents no matter what, even if I try my best to range
Which mode are you using, and what kaiju are you fighting, ranging with knife will only work with the 3 move and only if your opponent is slow enough/doesn't have enough range, it works a lot better with spear as you can do it with the 1 and 3 move reliably, I could make a video that gives better examples on the hitboxes and how to range with them, I'm gonna be honest, I kinda rushed this video.
@@tander9498 I always use spear, and honestly every kaiju I fight manages to always hit me even when I try to hit and make range with spear 1 attack
Also it would be really nice if you gave us some eva tricks to help in fights

What does eva's knife mode's 4th attack does?
It is a counter, when you're hit during it you retaliate with a lot of damage if it lands
btw how do u get the wings permenantly when u use angel paradigim
At lvl 100
You need to max Eva for that.

In case you mean FOV (Field of View) it's at 90.

Evas overrated kaiju can’t do anything even with this guide I saw a kong lvl 17 with 21 almost solo a max Eva.
Eva needs huge buff
Seeing random people fight in public servers is not how you determine the power of a kaiju, you need to test it with 2 skilled players. Eva is already strong enough as is, it does not need a buff at all.
