    Thanks Marie - really useful tips. I particularly like 'getting the stereotypes out on the table' as sometimes the candidates will have to address some of those, which might be painful for them to do - eg. being unfit or overweight, which might trigger or play into other areas of bias that the candidate can actually do something about. It's tricky, but we have to help with honest discussion. Very helpful - thanks, Lynda
