God, I listened to this song before I got married. It was everything I was going through. I went with my head over my heart. This song just came back on my playlist as I am going through my divorce. I never should have married him. I should have listened to my heart.
I'm reading this whilst listening to the song and it hits incredibly different from just reading it with out the music, I hope you are genuinely happy now and good luck with your future
I was listening to it while fighting during my engagement. I'm going through a divorce now, and I just wish I would have been more honest with him and myself. Maybe we could have worked through things earlier before it all came to a head. Maybe we would have broken it off earlier. Either way, I've never experienced pain in my life like the last year, and I'm so thankful I'm starting to be able to find happiness again.

I swear this song describes how I felt for such a long time. It's so hard to get over someone you let so close to you heart. It's harder knowing you are putting a person who loves you for everything you don't see, through the chaos of your emotions. It's a breath of fresh air to leave the feelings behind.

she should choose her heart, because if she has cold feet to marry him is because, sh does't really want to spend her lfe with him , but she did go to the creek to meet her old boyfriend, because that's what she truly wants, she should try to give a chance to her old boyfriend and see if that's what she truly wants, or she can dump both of them and get out of there to begin another chapter of her life.
Yeah... fairly certain a person in this situation probably isn't in a healthy place for any kind of relationship. If she was really ready to marry someone and then ready to blow all that up because of some other possibility, that doesn't sound like a sound decision making mind. There's a serious questions to be asked about the character of the old boyfriend. Unless he really knew something about her fiancé he was probably acting selfishly and not in her best interest.

And to answer the question, I think she should choose neither. The "perfect" guy might be perfect, but he's not perfect for her. And she shouldn't marry him if she's going to doubt her choice for the rest of her life. It's unfair for both of them. As for the other guy (I'll call him OG), if he were really her soulmate, he would have reached out for her wayyy before. He shouldn't realize he loves someone when she's about to get married and ask her to meet him. I think the girl will meet someone new one day and that person will be the one
