    I would just say Taran seems to be going through the bit of not being too comfortable in front of a camera. He was SO much better in this video than the other he was in. Keep it up :)

    I think this guy is FAR superior explaining things in 5-7 minutes, but Linus is the king of fitting things under 3 minutes. Depends on the subject, which lenght I like more. Looking forward to new techquickie episodes! :)

    3D printers are a group term.
    You have many different technologies:
    FDM/FFF
    SLA
    MSLA
    Metal 3D printers
    These are just the ones that I can name from the top of my head.
    Affordable 3D printing started from a concept called Reprap. Aka making a 3D printer with a 3D printer
    I felt like adding this information because it was not discussed in the video. Maybe because it was uploaded a few years ago

    Maybe you should have specified you're talking about FDM, other rapid prototyping processes exist such as EBM for working with materials such as titanium (esp for implants) and they're sometimes referred to as 3D printing too.

    So they're working on printing human organs but we won't be able to print a toaster any time soon?

      Diego C. That's mainly because nobody's life DEPENDS on a customised toaster... technically you could 3D print a toaster, because there are both conductive and insulating materials available, but it would be an inefficient manufacturing process for a mediocre-at-best product that can be made much easier using conventional methods....
      There is no conventional method to making organs, so you have to either take them from another person, or develop new technology like this...

    I don't understand what some of you guys are complaining about this guy. He is cool and informative. If you dont like him don't watch the video. How would it make you feel if you would stand up there and explain and then you see negative comments about you?. Believe me I know how it feels to get negative comments on a show I just preformed. I guess you too. You guys just feel safe in front of the monitor and enjoying to Insult new ppl on Techquickie. He is new and I think he is doing good. Remember when Jack was new over at Ncix? His first video he looked like if he would piss on his pants. But nowdays he is preforming good on his videos. I am out!

    i would like to 3D print a motherboard compatible with both a Serial port and a dual LGA2011 socket configuration and all the other features including a dual mSATA thing on it too with the design being customizable to what i would want in it but um a program for that atm does not exsist nor will it in the near future due to so many things being under copyright including LGA2011

    I think you need to do an As Fast As Possible on RAM voltage and what voltages are good for what RAM speed.

    I thought it's spelt "Terren" when I first heard. xP I really like variances of people instead of just one person. Makes it feel fresh somehow. (coughnetlinkeddailycough) Just imagine if something like Netlinked daily with only either Linus or Jack or Keys being in every episode, it's gonna be a bit boring. Though, I really don't want Linus to be replaced by Taran completely. (even though I like this guy :P )

    I'm sure you could 3D print a toaster if you really wanted to. You would just need multiple print heads for each different material used and a hell of alot more time.
