Honestly during the late Rodgers days I thought maybe Matt LaFleur was the problem with the packers, I think so far this season he has me convinced that wasn’t the case
As a Packers fan, I've always had my faith in LaFleur, you don't take a team that had negative records in 17/18, and then get a new HC, and get 13 wins each season for his first 3 seasons. Sure the last year with Rodgers was rough, but I honestly would rather blame Rodgers and Barry for that and not LaFleur.
