What city and state are you in?
Do you need your physical identification while picking up the vehicle?
If you have to receive the keys from the host, then yes but if you use Turo go, you don’t have to see the host at all.
What if the primary driver picks it up in person like a parent....then let's there kid drive it and wrecks it?! Does Turo cover it still.... because we can't physically force someone to be the driver when the have the rental
Yes Turo will still cover it. I had that exact thing happened and TURO paid me for damage.

It sounded like the Turo host was very late to his flight for him to park it in the wrong garage and to return the vehicle on an empty tank. Though he should have sent you a message as to where he parked the vehicle, a plausible explanation in regards to that was the individual was just running incredibly late and was more focused on making it to his flight. I don't think what he did was that much of an issue, as you were compensated by turo for of his mistakes.
