Dude!!! That was like watching the Super Bowl :) we are so proud of you, man. You’ve been such a inspiration for so many people who watch your channel. Thank you for allowing us into your world.
Greg Blancard - New World Record holder: the number of times anyone has stood and sat down while fighting one fish in freshwater: 12! (count for yourself starting at 28:22) Congrats on the finish - I can never wait to check TourneyX, but not the same as actually watching you do it! Your consistency this year has been really really impressive!
I swear when you landed your 19.50 and exhaled your kayak rose 4 inches higher in the water! What a weight lifted off your shoulders! Thanks for taking us along with you.
Greg, I have been watching your videos for a couple of months. Really appreciate the way you put them together. I am a 70 yr old kayak(Diablo Amigo) bass fisherman. My dad is 94 and has probably retired from fishing from his kick boat. He loves to see the fish pics I send him. I am seriously thinking of rigging up my kayak with GoPro so I can put some video on a private UA-cam channel just for him. I notice that you use a chesty and one on the back of your boat. Please advise me on which GoPros to get and the gear needed to run them.
Thank you Steve! I have Hero7 Blacks, both really good but can overheat in the 100+ degree days. I should have the camera equipment linked in the description
Bro that was awesome!!! You are a bad man ✊🏿 I get inspired by ur tournament videos all the time and I’m gonna start doing more videos next year. Congratulations brother
Ha! Yeah he has a UA-cam channel. I don’t think he’s posted in months though. He doesn’t talk much in his videos which is probably why he doesn’t have too many subscribers, and most of these channels have as much to do w personality than the actual fishing. The dude definitely knows his stuff though. He and Greg have been going back and forth for a few years now. Good friendly rivalry between them. He talked about how he and Greg had set up a collab, but timing didn’t work out. I’d def like to see that done though.
Congrats on finishing out the year strong. Definitely its been a blessing watching your journey this year fishing. My passion to be a kayak fisherman has definitely grown drastically watching you. Maybe one day I'll finally have a kayak of my own. Stay safe!
I finally pulled the trigger and got a native titan 10.5?a couple months ago, and it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought as a high schooler. Find em used and you can get a gem for cheap! Got mine for 1600 and put $300 into it whether it was modding or fixing up and it’s a fishing machine
Way to finish the year on a high note. Congrats on a good year and glad to see the curse of Comanche has been lifted. Hope 2021 is just as generous Tight Lines! 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟
What a tournament. You showed some real skill in a tough time of the year! Hats off and cannot wait to see more. A true inspiration, gonna share this to everyone I know.
I don’t know if anyone else notices but I study the leader board every tournament and Hong Her is a heck if a fisherman. He is rarely not in the top 5. And greg is always right there competing with him. Great job
Love your vids, found you recently as I just started Yak fishin again and had no idea they did tournaments. Participated in a Heroes on the Water tournament just to see what it was like and got 1st place in my region! Like you, cull fish in the last 30 mins... but mine put me back in the lead! Definitely hooked!
Some of the best time in life. Besides spending time with your family. Is nights like that. Just some brews and chatting about a hobby everyone loves and enjoys. Cherish it boys. Before ya know it we will all be too old for this shit.
Man Greg, I grew up in a small town near by called Ione. I lived there till 50. Moved to Idaho after retiring. I stopped fishing around 16 and restarted right after retiring but here in the new state. Never fished Comanche living there only used it for recreational boating. Make me want to haul my yak back to Cali and do what I missed out on. Congrats on the finish.
you are the main reason i am getting into kayak bass fishing i learn so much from your videos thanks and good job on this year hope one day i get to compete against you
Congrats on making 4th place & ridding the curse of Camanche. It's nice to see that the shad worm helps you. That's how I caught my 6 pounder on Berryessa. Again, glad to see that your tournament wasn't like your prefishing experience. Good luck with your next tournaments!
Congrats on an awesome season Greg! Thanks for all the quality content.... Your attention to detail, and going the extra mile with showing baits and lengths in post production, make your channel one of the best ones out there. Keep up the great work! 👍👍👏👏👏
Greg what a good year you had top 5 in almost all your tournaments!! Love your tournament videos the way you talk to us what your thinking, basically thinking out loud is so cool!
Greg, fantastic year of tournaments. Seems like you were consistently a threat in almost every one of them. You have developed a knack for finding fish even when the bite is not ideal and it's made a big difference in results. I was yelling at my screen this morning though when you kept focusing on the 7lber that was just not about to bite anything. I was like, F- the 23" fish... catch three 16-17" fish. Because of course 1. you could hear me, and 2. I would have been lucky to foul hook a perch all day. Hope to see you raise your game this winter and expand your arsenal so you are ready for 2021.
Good job Greg! Camanche is my home body, and let me tell ya, it can get tough.. you got the right idea though, the spots will move in the pockets and back out to the humps throughout the day. I was tearing them up on the 4 in roboworm in sexy shad in the pockets and crawling a 3.8 Keitec easy shiner in pro blue on top of the humps...congrats on the top 5 finish.
Wow. Great finish. That was really exciting. Congrats. I’m pumped up now for my visit to Lake Berryessa today. It just opened a few days ago. Once again super job!
Congrats on your top 5. I must say, you are the only reason I even try to fish a drop shot. It not the easiest to fish from the bank but always trying new things.
I'm a new viewer man. You were recommended based on me watching NWFS. I love your videos!! Could you please share what you use to cover your solid baits on the kayak, and also how you tie up and work your dropshots and wacky rigged worms. Thank you for the entertainment buddy! Good luck in all future endeavors
Omg just made my Sunday. I didn't think this vid was gonna drop till Monday morning. Just got some new good good gonna watch the beast Greg B put the hammer down an win this last tournament of the year

Nice man I would definitely say that u (even if u get a dry spell), never had a fish curse. We all can see its quite the opposite. Great job man uve been teaching me so much. Thank you.
Thanks D! Congrats to you man, you had another amazing year. You're one of the best in the game so always an honor to compete with you! Lets get out there and whack some fish together some day!
I thought that you would have be a top three finisher. 4th is a amazing finish. Why don't you fish with the plugs in the bottom of your kayak ? Love your videos.

I really enjoyed your videos. Last fish so excited. I was just hoping you would finish just a little bit higher. You are such a good tournament fisherman most of all I have learned a lot from watching your videos. Excellent job here editing is superb looking forward to your next videos thank you very much.
A great way to end a crazy 2020 tournament season my heart was racing just about as much as yours lol now that tournament seasons over maybe you’ll have some free time to come through south Arkansas and we can drink some brews and catch some bass brother!!
