If you really want to learn poker you should play some online poker game on internet or downloading an app. You will lose in the beginning but it will give you a better idea as you go on. Plus it's virtual money so it doesn't really matter.

When u really understand it, it's an amazing game. It requires you to see things from many different perspectives at once. And it's really psychological. You are also battling the wits of your opponent. Clever people do well at the game. Edit: and if you're new and don't understand right away, don't worry, doesn't mean u aren't clever, just play for a bit and u will pick it up, then the fun begins.
