Super Robot Wars XO - Final Boss

This is the final boss in the game and you have to kill him in one move, otherwise he regenerates his health. Quite a challenging boss fight all told.

tengo la version de xbox 360 de este gran juego, pero no se que hacer en
la mision 41 del protagonista masculino! siempre se destruye sola la
nave nodriza o si mato a los jefes rapidamente, y luego a los demas, la
mision nunca termina y nunca salen mas enemigos.... necesito
ayuda!!!!!!!! soy de venezuela y el juego esta en japones y no hablo ni
japones ni ingles! (I have the Xbox 360 version of this great game ,but not to do in the mission 41 of the male lead! Always one mothership is destroyed or if I kill bosses faster, and then to others, the mission never ends and never go more enemies .... need help !!!!!!!! I 'm from Venezuela and the game is in Japanese , and I do not speak Japanese or English !
