Considering we got Pirahna Plant as a playable fighter, I wouldn't be too suprised if we got Koopa with Dry Bones as an echo as playable fighters in the game (Tbh that sounds kinda fun, I'd love those two in Smash to be totally honest)
In my opinion, Dry Bones is my favorite enemy but Koopa Troopas and Paratroopas are so weak to be called "enemies". Sure, they belong to Bowser but I don't have fun with Koopas at all meanwhile Dry Bones makes the game more fun and challenging.

In the games the heads can also be crushed by moving blocks and when that happens the heads die and the dry bones don’t revive
