Cubic meter or CBM is a measurement of volume of a shipment. It determines how much space your cargo will take up on a ship, aircraft or truck, which in turn will decide how much it will cost to transport. CBM measurement is calculated by multiplying the width, height, and length together of the shipment

it’s important to know how many CBMs can be accomodated in a standard 20-foot, 40-foot and 45-foot container.
