Just got back from this resort, travelled with 10 family members (including a 7 yrs old, 4 yr old and 2 yr old) and the service was amazing. Staff was beyond attentive, helpful,polite and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was looked after and having fun. We were gifted Soooo many goodies that we went over our luggage limit which was a first for me! An authentic sombrero from the bartenders, keychains and glasses from the waiters, even the giftshop staff gave us souvenirs!. From a family of travel industry professionals, we were impressed with the details and effort made by all the staff.Ciuldnt disagree more with this review, mangrove roots and the sand/ocean color are not with it the purview of staff. As a travel agent you know how unfair it is to have clients complain that weather didn’t cooperate, I presume you don’t offer refunds for those who wanted blue skies and got grey clouds so to dock the resort points for not having the right coloured water in the ocean while yku visited is a bit ridiculous. Regardless, explorers club was great, rooms super clean, and staff I can’t even say enough about!. If you know of a resort that has perfect water color, less than 5 mins wait for a drink & actually remembers your entire families names on the first day.. please share, but you will definitely enjoy this resort!.
I can’t believe this place resort is horrible!!! 5 Restorant any one is good !! The room everything is open no privacy in the bathroom!!! 1:30 hour wait for service in Restorant!! The beach very danger to many rock !!! I don’t recommend this place you will spend you money for nothing

Agree, we had the same issues other than the hurricane. The kids were happy so we were good! Think we will try again this year

Nice video, thanks for sharing. We are booked at Dreams Tulum and they just sent me an email saying they're overbooked and offered us Dreams Natura.
