- Today I’m going to show you How to Make Edible Moss. This edible grass is a great way to decorate cake and cupcakes, especially for kids. It tastes good and takes less than five minutes to prepare.

INGREDIENTS:
1 egg at room temperature
25g (3 tbs) flour
5g (1 ¼ tsp) baking powder
12g (1 tbsp) sugar
30g honey

Hello, before microwaving for fifty seconds do you microwave it a little bit or you just let it sit
Why is it that a paper cup or a plastic cup is being used? Cant we just use a regular say glass cup? Will the result be different?

Hi Mindy, you can store it in the fridge for a couple of days. I store mine in an airtight container in the freezer and defrost it when I need it)

Can you use regular food coloring instead of gel?
I didn't tried it but I think you can.
Can I use corn syrup in place of honey?
Hi Maria, I never tried to make it with corn syrup but I thing Yes you can. I know for 100% you can replace the honey with invert sugar. I hope it helps)
