    Cumberland Island horses are not extinct! I saw them a few years ago with my mother on a trip to the island

    The turbo an is not extinct……..it is bred in northern Iran, there are only 3000 left.

    NARE-uh-GANN-Sett is how the place in Rhode Island and the horse are pronounced. Better editing would have made this a more enjoyable video.

      has a few mistakes...such as describing a draft horse as "13 hands"
      and still this is interesting information, not so easy to find. Information concerning the Arabian ancestors of modern Thoroughbreds is easily available. Everyone knows about Goldolphin and Darly's Arabian. I have never before heard or read anything about the European horses of this
      ancestry. Even with a few mistakes ( such as the 13 hands) this is a well researched documentary. The part about the Chapman horse is extremely interesting.
