I once lived in the Downtown area of my city for a while and one of my favorite things to buy was a "Passion Fruit Juice Smoothie" They actually made the juice right then when you ordered and the ingredients were fresh all the time. Seeing them actually blend the fruit, juice and ice was in a strange way very refreshing even before taking a sip. every once in a while I get an urge to buy a blender and start buying fruit and making my own fruit smoothies at home, but then I remember how much that shit actually costs and my limited budget says "Not today buddy." lol
I remember how the Simpsons only REALLY started to take off when the writers stopped focusing solely on Bart and started to make Homer the main character. They even joked about how Bart was the "modern day" Denis the Menace. But when the show focused on how absurdly dumb Homer was it just launched into space but after about two decades it finally got stale. It does still have its moments, but it will never be the global phenomenon it used to be. Just like how Supernatural ran stale after ten seasons. Well 8 to be fair after season 6 they had nothing left and were just throwing ides with darts at that point. Soulless Sam was a great idea, they just resolved it too soon.
@@Fireglo Yes there HAVE ben other episodes with the others but Bart WAS their main focus. AT FIRST. And how many of those episodes were in the entire early seasons two or three compared to the overwhelming number of Bart's episodes?? They even made a damn song called Do the Bart-Man. There's even a Batman style episode with Bart AS Bart-Man. Bart was their primary selling point for the Simpsons, ergo: HE was their focus. Ask any person old enough to have seen the FIRST episode air and ask them (at the time) to name a Simpson and they'll say Bart without any hesitation. Virtually all the merch was Bart centric. Like at least 85% Bart focused. Then around the season 5 or 6 mark, Homer began to become the obvious favorite and HE was given more screen time. Eventually HIS popularity eclipsed Bart's and NOW you ask someone to name a Simpson and Homer is who they'll say.

The writers never focused on just Bart what are you talking about? There have been plenty of Lisa focused and Marge focused episodes too.
